I am writing to you on behalf of the "Fieldhead Over 50’s Group". I just want to compliment you on your service. As you are aware we booked one of your coaches to Bridlington. On that occasion we had a driver called Brian. He was truly wonderful, helpful and friendly. He helped everyone on and off the coach which enable everyone to relax and enjoy the journey. Please convey our thanks and best wishes.

Then we had one of your coaches last week to take us to "Gorden Riggs garden Centre" and then onto "Grandma Pollard’s Chippy". On this occasion the coach had slightly higher steps which worried me at first. However, I need not have any concern as George helped the ladies who had mobility problems to board the coach. It is so reassuring to find such helpful drivers in today’s society. So once again you sent us a lovely coach driven by a caring friendly driver. Thank you.

We shall continue using your coaches on our future days out and indeed recommend your company to other groups in the area.

You were recommended to me by a neighbour who said you offered an excellent service. The coach turned up on time, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The driver, Andy, was smartly dressed and very polite to everyone on the trip. He was also very helpful in the loading and unloading of the chairs/ supplies that some of the people on the trip had taken with them. Again, this was mentioned by quite a lot of the passengers.

In summary, not only was Star Coaches the cheapest quote that I received, I find it hard to believe that any of the other company’s I requested prices from could have come close to offering the service we received on Saturday, and I will definitely be contacting Star Coaches for our next trip, regardless of the cost.

We are thankful for the excellent service of your coach firm when we went to Wentworth Castle in Barnsley on the 29th June. The coach driver was polite, pleasant and helpful. Dear Star Coaches

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help (and patience) re our event at Haydock Park yesterday. My colleagues say the transport was very good, with a very knowledable driver and the day went smoothly from pick up to return.
